Easy Pizza Dough
Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Pour warm water into a bowl; sprinkle with yeast, add olive oil and then whisk together. Let stand for 2-3 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt.
In a large bowl, combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until a sticky dough forms.
Cover the dough with a tea towel and let it rise in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
Once the dough has risen, roll it out on either a clean-floured surface or a piece of baking paper. The baking paper is a great trick because then you can simply lift the paper to transfer the dough to your baking tray. As you roll out the dough, you may need to sprinkle it with a bit of flour to keep it from sticking.
Spread sauce and then your favoruite toppings. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200°C.
